Wanda ecommerce venture valued
at $3bn

Two investment funds have taken a 5 per cent
stake in Dalian Wanda Group’s ecommerce unit, valuing the four-month-old joint
venture with two of China’s internet giants at Rmb20bn ($3bn), according to the
Chinese property
conglomerate.

中國房地產(chǎn)綜合企業(yè)大連萬(wàn)達集團表示，兩家投資基金已購入萬(wàn)達旗下電子商務(wù)公司5%股權，萬(wàn)達與中國兩大互聯(lián)網(wǎng)巨頭共同創(chuàng )建的這家合資公司的估值已達到200億元人民幣(合30億美元)。
